so what should i do for an ab routine?? I dont have any equipment..so what should i do that will actually work?
For An Ab routine, you should look at the tab “exercises” on our site. Pick out 3-5 exercises for your abs. Preform each eaxercise 10-20 repetitions. Do each exercise once (all in a row with as little rest inbetween as possible). Then rest at the end of the entire round. Try to preform the routine at least 2-3 times.
