Driving on the 210 freeway in LA is like be ambushed byadvertising telling you that “YOU MUST GET LAP BAND SURGERY!!!!”   While driving I counted 8 (YES 8!) in the 20 minute drive.  There is something really wrong with this! 

      Now, don’t get me wrong, I am not against people having surgery but I don’t feel that it should be your FIRST step to weight loss.  I guess I am old fashion, I believe in hard work, and consistent healthy eating.
