I was recently tested for food allergies. I had several of them…milk, yeast, soy, wheat, corn, and eggs! No wonder I felt so down and tired all the time! Within 5 days of not eating anything I was allergic to, I noticed a reduction in feelings of anxiety. I was able to focus better. Within a week, I had reduced my caffeine intake because I no longer spent my day fighting crushing fatigue.
If you even think you might have a food allergy, get tested. The improvement to your life will be worth the sacrifice of the food. And, not all food allergies are forever. By avoiding the food for 3 months and then only eating it every 4 days or so, you may be able to reintroduce it into your diet.
