Pettijohn’s signature Green Juice—which includes cucumber, kale, celery, apples, broccoli, and lemons—aims to rest the digestive system and boost immunity. DAVID KIRSCH 48-HOUR SUPER-CHARGED CLEANSE
No solid foods on this one! The Super Charged cleanse promises results fast! Friend of David and fan of this super slim down is Anne Hathaway. This new pink lemonade flavor is enhanced with milk thistle (for the liver), and cranberry (for the kidneys). Kirsch also created a flush and a cleanse plan.

Khloe realized that she could never be her sisters size or frame but she could be a thinner version of herself. She claims that her sisters have been her “Safe Spot.”
“When I was at home, I felt loved and safe,” she says in this month’s Life&Style mag. “My sisters were always a safe haven for me. I knew they would always play with me and make me feel like I was one of them.”
