Eat It – Lemonaise Light

 

       I love light mayonnaise on wraps.  Since I am gluten intolerant I eat wraps a lot.  Even though it’s light mayo, it still has some fat and some saturated fat.  So, I decided to try out this Lemonaise which has 0.5g of saturated fat and 1 g of carbohydrates and no dairy!   Saturated fat can be the enemy while on a restricted diet even when you are watching your calories since it has a tendency to store as fat more readily then non saturated fats.  The lemon flavor is light and refreshing and gives boring sandwiches a gourmet feel.

Total Fat: 4 g

Saturated Fat: 0.5g

Carbs: 1g

   I found this product at my local “Henry’s” but you can find it a location near you by visiting their site at www.qbfoods.com .  Nothing is better then a little variety while you’re eating healthy~!
