Fit Goal – Spend Time Outdoors

     As a personal trainer you would think that I was outside all the time… wrong!  I am inside 90% of the day, as are most Americans.  So for this weekend, try to do at least 3 physical activities outside.  Not only will you get your dose of vitamin D (from the sun) it will also make you feel like you did something productive with your weekend.  Write in and let Fit Tip Daily know what you did to get outdoors this weekend.  We always love to hear from our readers!!
