Fit Tip Shopping List

 

      My clients love lists yet … I never have time to make them… so here is goes..

  1. Chicken Breast with no hormones or added salt. 
  2. Brown rice ( I prefer the already made trader Joe’s one)
  3. Romain Lettuce ( no iceberg, there is no nutritional value)
  4. Galeo’s Meso Cesar Dressing  (must have)
  5. Carlson’s Fish Oil (lemon flavor liquid )
  6. Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon
  7. Brown Rice Protein Shake
  8. Larabars –  Protein Bars
  9. Brown Rice Tortilla ( Trader Joe’s Brand)
  10. Sweet Potatoes
  11. Rice Milk (no sugar added – original flavor)
  12. Variety of vegetables
  13. Brown Rice Pasta

 

      These are things I get every time I go to the store.  Of course, It changes due to the season and any recipes I am going to try.  This is a great base of healthy foods to get  every time you shop.
