Seems Brown Rice is used to make many products. Guess I’ll try some of them myself.
OMGosh Adria, I love you for this article. I do have the Kettlebells at my gym, thought they were the strangest looking thing and didn’t know what to do with them. You are a God-Send my friend, thank you, thank you, thank you for your expertise and advice to help all of us. I, for one, am trying these at my gym tomorrow, can’t wait. Linda
Great shopping list too, I use many of these items too and don’t ya just love Trader Joe’s? My favorite place to shop. Linda
