Is Tracey Anderson’s Routine A Workout Or Glorified Dance Routine?

Tracey Anderson was made famous by Madonna.  Although  they no longer train together, Anderson still has some big Hollywood names following her.  FitSugar, shared some interesting celebrity info.

Courteney Cox: “I have seen amazing results that I never thought were possible. My butt has lifted, my arms are sculpted, and my skin is tight and actually clings to the muscle again.”

Donna Karan: “The Method is never boring and there are so many options to keep your mind and body engaged. I like that you are doing the work and not relying on a machine.”

Kristin Davis: “The thing that I am most impressed with about Tracy’s Method is that it really does elongate and tone muscle. I’ve tried most of the classes and methods out there, and this is the first one that hasn’t added bulk over time (especially to my legs).”

If you watch the video for any length of time.. you will notice that it looks similar to a dance routine.  There’s lots of twisting of the arms and rocking back and fourth.  Reminds me of the high school dance team.  Regardless, this routine could tone your arms for the mere fact that you keep them raised and moving the whole time.  For thin actress types .. this could tone them up fast with the right eating due to the fact that they don’t have a lot of fat covering their muscles.  To really try this routine out you might have to put it in slow motion since she moving at lightening speed!  Would you do this routine???
