Jennifer Hudson Losing Weight In The “Spotlight”
Jennifer has continued to shock us all. I was even more shocked to find out that Jennifer loves to workout. Jennifer swears that if given the time she would “workout everyday all day long.” Jennifer has already lost a huge amount of weight and she’s on track to lose even more.
Before competing in American Idol, the 5-foot-9 singer, 25, had already accomplised a major feat: losing 60 pounds! “I use to wear a size 22.” the now size -10 Season 3 finalist (who cut out fried foods and jogged to slim down) tells Us.
Yet, for Dream-girls, the Golden Globe nominee actually had to gain 20 pounds, which she piled on with cakes, cookies and inactivity. “It bothered me to not workout.” she tells Us. As soon as filming wrapped in May, Hudson return back to her healthy habits – and fighting weight (source).

my own weight loss(I shed 30 pounds in a month, so pretty good
, and I was curious if you could post
