Lift Your Booty For Bikini Season

     Inner thighs, stomach, under arms and glutes (butt) are the biggest “trouble spots” for women.  So here is one exercise for your glutes to get your geared up to look good in that swim suit.

  • Lie on your belly on an exercise ball and walk your hands out so the ball is underneath your shins. Your hands should be underneath your shoulders.
  • Draw your navel toward your spine to engage your abs, which will help keep your spine straight and your body stabilized.
  • Lift your right leg up into the air, then slowly lower it back toward the ball, but don’t let it touch. This counts as one repetition. Keep your pelvis level throughout your reps. Complete three sets of 10 to 12 reps with the right leg, and then repeat with the left (source).

         This exercise is great for people who are accustomed to working out.  However, if you don’t think you are in good enough shape to do this one the ball; try doing it on the floor first.  Ball exercises are great  because they target so many muscles at once.  The core is the most important part of the body.  Use the ball or something that uses your core as much as possible!  It can change your body from average to excellent in no time!

      This exercise anit no JOKE, but it works,,thanks, Dria..I needed a reminder to start back using my ball when working out..
