    I find this absurd and am amazed that young
    women will actually buy into such foolishness! You want a BETTER body than MOST of the “celebrity stars”? Take my advice….eat good foods in moderation and do a decent weight lifting WO— lifting as heavy as you possibly can, with consistency and coupled that with just a modicum
    of cardio (intervals preferable). ‘Sweet Things’, you can have a body that any woman would be proud of but do be prepared to wait for just awhile though,
    instant gratification doesn’t apply here. How do I know? I DID IT……..and if I did it anyone can do it!
