Mila Kunas?
When is next vid
I’d rather drink the real skimmed milk with just a wee bit flavouring than buy commercial milkshakes.
Come on really? Why are you promoting bad old school wrestling practices of cutting water weight. As a coach I’m constantly fighting this practice. We promote healthy balanced diets, year round coditioning and constant hydration. Nothing hurts an athletic performance like dehydration. Majorly disappointed by your comments, especially since you’re a health professional.
I read in a magazine while I was at the gym that you’re supposed to eat a small healthy meal right after you work out.
interesting
I think or I’ve been told no later than an hour after you’ve worked out
@GamesPlayer1 I guess it can depend on if it has a lot of sugar or not, the new G2 Gatorade with lower calories has less sugar as well and it doesn’t taste that bad if you don’t like water that much
question: is it healthy to drink gatorade/powerade and such after workout? are they healthy drinks in the first place?
@TheMorningCoffee oh youtube question cool! You should eat 30-45minutes after a workout?
Show us some easy basic yoga moves
Yup! You should eat within an hour of working out to replenish your body. Make sure you have protein, moderate carbs, and some healthy fats!
I generally try to keep clients away from over consuming these. They have tons of sugar. If you need something in your water for flavor or you get low blood sugar, then try adding 1/4 cup of all natural juice to your water jug. I like to do this for my workouts because my blood sugar drops.
