I feel a thinner picture of me would motive me even more to lose the required 90lbs. You see, I’m a living Kidney Donor for my daugther Tyesha, the love of my life, and I had to lose at least 30lbs even before they would test me to see if I was a match. Once I found out I was a match, it was on and cracking. My daughter’s life is depending on that Kidney Translpant and losing the 90lbs will get my BMI down and body fat to 21% which will put me in the healthy body fat range..just picturing myself smaller is motivating….a picture i worth a thousand words..
