Reverse Flies For Better Posture And A Better Back

Posture is an important part of maintaining a healthy look and a healthy spine.  To combat long commutes, long hours at a desk and life in general; you must build your upper back to balance out tight and weak chest muscles.  Use this exercise below to get a defined back, and great posture.

If you haven’t performed this exercise before, then start with light weights.  It’s a simple exercise, but surprisingly difficult.  To get the full affect, always stretch your chest to ensure flexibility.
