As a parent of 3 young boys I&#039;m flabbergasted by the amount of sugar in cereals, even so-called healthy mueslis.

Any suggestions? I tried an Australian product (I&#039;m an Aussie ex-pat), Metabolic SuperStart, but as good and low sugar as this is we need a few other ideas to throw into the mix.
