I ordered the strap and got the booklet of 40 stretches, but which ones should I do on a daily routine???

It’s different for everyone. It’s based on which areas of your body are tight. In general, you should do the ones for the quad, hamstring, glutes (butt), Lats (back), chest, shoulders, triceps and IT bands. I love that stretch strap and I have my clients do it at the gym!
