Who Knew? – Bob Harper’s Fitness Tips

 

     We see tons of Jillian Michaels on tv, and the web yet  Bob tends to stay out of the spot light.  While combing Youtube for info I found some of his weekly tips.  I had no idea that he even did tips out side of the biggest loser.  Here’s what he had to say about food labels. 

 

 

    I especially like the tip about eating with your opposite hand.  It will slow you down long enough to help you realize how fast you should be eating on a normal basis.  However, it could get kind of messy so cover up your clothes!
