If you are having trouble losing weight, and your moods rise and fall along with your blood sugar, then it’s time you committed to increasing your protein intake. This seems like a no brainer, however 9 out of 10 people have this problem. The biggest offenders are women. The minute we increase their protein intake and make them aware of the issue, they begin to lose weight, inches, and fat.
