It’s 2012 and everyone has decided to get a running start with their new years resolutions. The fitness indusrty is selling tons of equipment, memberships sales are soring, and fitness atire is selling out left and right. You can’t buy a new metabolism, instead you have to treat it like a child and remember to feed, it help it grow and keep track of it as it ages. - Feed It ! All those who have been starving themselves to lose weight… STOP IT! You must feed your metabolism to lose. Eat small frequent meals to keep the furnace burning at a steady pace!
- Nourish it – You must take your vitamins! Without the proper vitamins your body will crave. In this carving state it’s easy to over indulge and bindge on excess food. Your body also tends to store more fat without enough vitamins because it thinks that you are starving (in a sense).
- Beef It Up – No not you 😉 Your protein intake! Protein helps to level your blood sugar and feed the muscle that helps keep the flame of your metabolism burning bright. Make sure you are intaking protein at each meal!
- Break A Sweat! The best advice I ever heard was strangely enough for an actor. Mathew Mcconaughey is quoted as saying, “I try to do something to break a sweat each day.” Awesome information! Make that a goal for yourself. Each time you get to the point of breaking a sweat you have turned up the dial on your fat burning furnace. Once it’s increased it stays at a higher rate for the rest of the day.
- Get The Right Kinds Of Fat – Sure as a society we love our fat, however, few of us are focusing on what type! Omega fats actually help your body lose. They regenerate your mind and help to increase your healthy cholesterol.
- Boil Your Fat Away – Water isn’t just to make you feel full, it’s also allows your body to literally burn off fat. Without enough water in your system you can not reach a hot enough temperature to burn fat. So suck down that water!
