Want Cameron Diaz Legs? Listen To Her Trainer!

Every Celebrity has one…. this trainer wants to help YOU get in shape!  Trainer Teddy Bass lets you in on how he makes Cameron Diaz’s legs great.  SO, get a pen and jot down these tips (taken for “US Magazine).

Cameron’s long-time trainer, Teddy Bass, tells Us Magazine that the secret is mixing up weight training and Pilates. He explains,

“That seems to be the best combination for women over 30.  Women need weight — it’s great for building the butt. And elongation and smallness is tapped by doing Pilates.”

The two are in the gym “as often as possible,” depending on Cameron’s busy schedule and Teddy says,

“You can do a great Pilates session in 45 minutes. If you have an hour-and-a-half, we’ll do half weights and half Pilates and flexibility work.”

Teddy uses a series of compound exercises, such as a step-up with a reverse lunge, a squat with a curtsy, a side-reaching lunge with a side step, in which you slowly step your feet together to shape Cameron’s legs saying,

“The combination of moves really works the upper thighs.  You can do fewer reps with heavier weights.”

Teddy recommends at least 10 to 20-pound weights for lower-body work for everyone.

But before you start thinking this workout isn’t for you because you don’t have have the money to invest in a gym, turns out you don’t need one!

“Everyone says, ‘I don’t have money, I can’t join a gym.’ Most of the work that I do doesn’t use a gym.  I don’t have a reformer machine when I go to set. We don’t carry leg presses. You just need 10-pound dumbbells and a four-by-six space.”

“As long as you’re doing cardiovascular [work] three to five times a week, leg exercises that build your glutes and working on your elongation with yoga and Pilates, you’ll change [your] appearance (source).”

While combination moves are nothing new to the fitness industry, the average “gym goer” forgets or doesn’t know about these.  These exercises are the best way to get an awesome workout in half the time, OR the best workout for your time.

Nothing goes better with great legs then a great stomach so challenge your balance to work your core, eat healthy to stay lean, and stretch to maintain proper posture!

    Definitely a fan of your website. However, I'm not a fan of the new layout. It's not user friendly. :( Please...keep it simple.

    Is Cameron Diaz going out with A-Rod? They're 2 single, consenting adults so they can do whatever they care to do. At least they are not married and messing about on their other halves.
