I’ve been in web marketing for over 7 years now (along with fitness) and I know smart ads when I see them. The way the site is laid out is engaging, and smart. Not only does it ask you questions about you when you arrive, it also give’s you the feeling of “custom” gym attire. Beyond the site, I looked into some reviews to see if these somewhat overpriced clothes were really worth your hard earned cash. Kate Hudson’s new line of workout clothes, Fabletics has all the appeal that gym goers want but does it pass the buyer test?
Eek, I went online to find reviews about the quality of the clothing and found that most buyers were unhappy with a somewhat hidden auto billing feature. Evidently, once you place an order you are on auto shipping whether you signed up for it or not. You have 4 -5 days to cancel it every month. The comments below also outline that it’s almost impossible to get rid of?
Another thing I noticed while going through the shopping process, if you don’t buy anything on the first view of the site, they will send you a coupon. I thought “Oh cool! I’ll go back again and have a look.” I was then given another coupon when arriving on the site. All these coupon made me a bit suspicious, maybe this “smart website” was a little TOO smart.

“Be careful about this website. When you purchase a product it automatically signs you up to their monthly purchase program. They will deduct $40 monthly from your credit card whether you buy an item or not. It is also very difficult to unsubscribe from it too.”

“I love Kate Hudson ..but a friend of mine did the workout line and found it made very cheap.. Easily falling apart too bad.”

“I like Kate Hudson but when you join this “club” you get charged $40 per month for clothes regardless if you want them or not. Plus it’s IMPOSSIBLE to quit or unsubscribe.”

“For those complaining about the $40, you have 4-5 days at the start of each month to “skip this month” and prevent being charged. If you ignore that, you will be charged. As far as unsubscribing, I haven’t tried that yet. But they are expensive for an “affordable” company!”
Regardless of the bad review for billing, the clothing line is actually very cute! Below you will also see some positive reviews as well 😉
ABOUT THE CLOTHING – Reviews
“I love this website. Clothes feel amazing”
“Love Fabletics…got my first outfit and the fit and feel is so awesome…”
Let’s hope that all of the billing problems get sorted out before they tarnish all the hard work that was put into this line. It seems that the reviews for Kate Hudson’s new workout clothing are very mixed. However, based on the reviews from the site above, it’s clear to see that most people gave it one star. I was actually rooting for her clothing line since it seems to have some good designs and fair pricing. Let’s hope she turns it around quick!
