I love, love, love “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!” I am not a reality T.V. watcher, in fact, I usually hate it. However, the Real Housewives of BH seem to take the “trashy” out of reality and introduce an in depth look at the upper crust. I also feel that most of the characters are refreshingly normal and down to earth despite their zip code.
It’s not a huge secret, these women are gorgeous! They all look fab and we want to know how they keep up appearances. Here is a glimpse into the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills perspectives on diet and exercise.
Lisa Vanderpump – Workout Routine
“I just go on the treadmill for 45 minutes and do a few sit-ups. I do notice the difference if I don’t do that. If I don’t do that for a week, I see a few pounds. Right now, I’m three or four pounds heavier than I want to be because it’s been winter and the holidays and I’m not shooting, so I’d like to be a few pounds lighter (source).
Taylor Armstrong – Workout Routine
So, maybe Taylor is a bit of a “Cardio” queen. If this is her usual routine (see below), she could be pushing the limits of overtraining by a couple hours. Word to the wise, muscle burns more fat and calories than cardio ever will!
Adrienne Maloof – Workout Routine
Adrienne stays fit and healthy with some of her favorite activities such as kick boxing and ball room dancing. Staying active has never been a challenge with this 90210 wife. She’s also a fan of clean eating and chooses vegetables over other more detrimental snacks. Salads give her the bulk she needs to stay full while staying lean.
Brandi Glanvilles’ – Workout Routine
Daily Mail quoted Brandi saying, “one rule she does live by is to try and get more exercise by always to walking up the stairs instead of talking lifts or elevators wherever possible.
However with Brandi it’s more to do with a phobia she has: ‘I always take the stairs – also because elevators scare the s*** out of me.’
Brandi chooses to mind her portion control while still making time for workout routines.
“And while she has toned long legs that many woman would be envious of, shockingly Brandi says that they are a hang up of hers.
She also told the weekly celebrity magazine that although she didn’t diet, she tries not to eat too much.”
Kyle Richards – Workout Routine
Outside is the way to be for Kyle Richards. However, when you can’t go hiking or be outdoors, she also loves yoga and spin class.
Camille Grammer – Workout Routine
We couldn’t find a video of Camille on Bravo’s site but we did find this awesome info.
In her free time, Camille also likes to stay active. The reality star sipped on zero calorie Omega Water and picked up some Zone energy bars while she was at the event, giving us some insight into how she stays so amazingly slim.
“I have been hiking a lot,” said Camille. “I love to paddle board. I do some weight training. I like to dance. I stay active and try to work out at least 15 minutes a day.”
As for her diet, Camille said it’s a matter of circumstance.
“I call it the divorce diet,” she joked. “No, I have good genes and I stick to a protein, low carbs, and a lot of veggies.”
Still, she’s not one to rule out guilty pleasures.
“I’ve been eating a lot of Phish Food from Ben & Jerry’s and I love Sprinkles cupcakes,” Camille told us.(source)
We can guess that there are a lot of details left out of these clips. However, it’s nice to have a glimpse into their diet and exercise routines. If you love the Housewives of Beverly Hills as much as I do, send this and share this with your friends!
