If you love being in the water and you love to stay active, this class could be just what you need to combine your two loves into one! This new wave in fitness has everything from HIIT workout exercises, to yoga and core. All of these exercises are preformed on the water with in inflatable raft. While you could do these exercises in the gym, doing them on the water adds a whole new dimension. The unstable raft atop moving water acts as an unstable surface to challenge your core like never before.

Right now floatfit classes are being held all over the London area in the UK. They are also posting popup classes so keep an eye on their social media for new classes coming your way. I’m personally hoping that these types of workouts will be springing up all over the U.S. soon!
Fitness Tip: While these inflatable boards are amazing, if you live near the ocean or water and you have your own board, why not try doing some basic exercises on your own?! It’s a great way to mix up your routine to work your core muscles and stabilizing muscles all in one!
