If you go to the gym; then I am sure you have seen those white pieces of foam used for deep tissue stretching. However, those foam rollers tend to get over used and soft through out time. It’s nearly impossible to bring your own to the gym so here is the newest hit… the posture ball.
This little ball is harder then a standard foam roller, yet softer then a typical basket ball. Due to it’s size, it allows you to foam roll places that would other wise be hard to reach (like in between the shoulder blades). It also seems to get deeper then a cylindrical foam roller and pin point knots.
I have personally used this ball and I find it to be much more affective then a standard foam roller. It’s also easier to bring to the gym and come in several sizes.
