If you’ve been following my site, you know that I am a HUGE fan of the bulletproof brand, their products and the information they deliver to the world via studies and podcasts.  I have been taking their supplements for some time now, and I can literally feel my body transforming and changing.  All of their products are backed by studies and go through rigorous testing processes to give the consumer optimal health.  Here are some of my favorite products to date!

Recently the company released the new bulletproof cookbook! I just received my copy in the mail.  This weekend I will be doing a BP cook off.   11. I quit smoking on August 6, 2015, after 45 years of smoking. I am now 60, and trying not to gain weight. I clean a 3 story Charleston home, and can do those stairs all day long. I just quit...cold turkey, and will never go back to it.

  13. Faye, Wow congrats! Very Proud of you! Stay tuned we are releasing a new workout and eating plan in January. It has a minimal fee for such a HUGE amount of info and it also comes with recipes and works for every level. It may be something you're interested in to keep the weight off. Thanks for commenting!   14. Cathy, This stuff is amazing! One of the biggest differences you'll find is that there isn't a bitter acidic taste because it contains NO MOLD. Evidently, all coffee contains mold because of the way it's processed. However, the bulletproof brand doesn't. There's also no crash and no upset stomach (from access acid).
