I’m not a huge coffee drinker but recently I’ve been doing A.M. bootcamps. This new early class out in the cold has made me crave something hot in the morning. The main issue is, I haven’t always regard coffee as “healthy,” I also hated having a mid day crash due to the spike in caffeine. Trainers usually train in the morning and at night so this depleted the middle of my day. While perusing the isles at Sprouts looking for a different coffee that was organic, I saw Tieman’s Fusion Coffee. The bag sucked me in with it’s promises of “low acid” and “super antioxidants.” Is it possible that there’s a healthy coffee with no crash, low acid, and tons of antioxidants ? If so, this could be it!
The super antioxidants come from 4 sources; coffee, matcha, rooibos, and goji berries. Don’t worry this mixture doesn’t affect the flavor of the coffee. You can’t taste the berries or teas at all. The only difference I did taste was the lack of bite, due to the low acid content (yay). I hate bitter coffee so the change in flavor was awesome. I read some reviews online also. Most people preferred the “bold” flavor over the mild. So if you like your coffee strong, make sure you choose that option.
