You’ve all seen it … you’re watching tv, someone gets dumped or has a horrible day; they pop open the freezer and start shoveling in the “Ben and Jerry’s” ice cream. Somehow, I think we have been brainwashed by television, friends, and relatives to think that this kind of behavior is the “norm.” Heck, even Carrie from “sex and the city” does it!
