In an effort to give consumers what they want, McDonald’s has released a new all fruit smoothie. This is their angle at getting a healthier crowd into their restaurants. The real question is “how healthy” are these smoothies? Are they all your servings of fruit in a tasty treat or could they be the next sabotage for you weight loss plans?

The average person should be eating less then 200 carbs per day. This is practically half your days worth of carbohydrates. Let’s not forget that anything eaten in excess (including carbohydrates) has the ability to store as fat.
