While skimming through Facebook I saw people posting the number of days and what they are “happy” for that day. Over the course of 2 weeks I saw as more and more people began to post their happiness for the day. Pretty soon even my family was on board. I decided to check it out and see what the premise of the whole 100 days was all about. Is it possible to be thankful and happy for 100 days with getting a kink in your day and embracing the negativity?? I jumped over to the site and this is what I saw… pretty funny if you ask me!
I chuckled as I read the last sentence, because that would be my immediate response!! However, all of SAY we don’t have time but we spend endless amounts of time on our phones roaming social media. The sad thing is we all know that everyone is trolling Facebook…. however, accruing to the statistic on the 100 days of Happy Page

The beauty of this challenge is that it’s SO personal. It’s not about how much money you spend on daily activities to make you happy. It’s more about finding things in everyday life that fill you with joy. From this activity you actually gain more awareness of things that are positive in your daily life, and with that, it opens your eyes to daily life in a different state of mind.
