We’ve all heard about the Nike+ shoes. My biggest objection with this system was that I can’t use the small device for the shoes because I don’t have an IPod Nano! Who in the world creates this cool function without making it compatible to ALL IPods!!!!! Well My problem might be solved soon…. Nike has announced that it is teaming up with some of my favorite brands (Life Fitness, Precor, Star Trac, and Technogym) of gym equipment to make Nike+ compatible to your favorite cardio machines!!!!

Of course, your gym has to purchase these new cardio machines equip with Nike + mechanisms … so it could be a while before you see them in your local gym. By the year 2015 the fitness world will have evolve so much that NO ONE will have any excuses to be overweight. Might as well get in shape now!
