Part of changing your body is changing your workout. Use this fun exercise to mix up your routine!
Stand about two feet in front of a stability ball, facing away from it, and hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides, palms facing behind you. Extend right leg back and place toes on top of ball. Lower into a lunge on left leg, knee aligned with ankle, as you roll the ball back with right leg. At the same time, raise weights in front of you then overhead, so palms face forward.
Rise up as you lower weights and repeat; switch legs to complete set (source).
