Fast Food Calorie Counts On Menu

Before, you could go to a fast food resturant and order anything you wanted without knowing how many calories you were consuming.  Now they are thinking of posting the amount of calories next to each menu selction so people can make better health choices.

New York, is the first to put the calories on thier menus but they probably won’t be the last.  So when this comes to your state, will you make better food choices?  People will no longer be able to be in denial about which foods they chose to eat.

I think that this is an awesome idea that will hopefully catch on in California. You know certain foods are bad for you. But sometimes you think you are making a good choice and really it is filled with hidden calories. I would love to see this info posted beside menu items. I bet it would be startling!
