In a previous article we mentioned Kirstie’s battle with weight. We cheered her on as she shed the pounds with every episode of Dancing With The Stars. It seems as though this show and it’s rigorous dancing schedule has the ability to change the lives of many celebrities. While dancing her heart out, Kirstie also used her Organic Liaison weight loss program to shed the pounds.
With results like these I’m sure many people are signing up for dancing classes !!! Competition has a way of motivating people to lose weight. If you know you are competitive then you should capitalize on this trait and involve yourself in group activities and competitions for weight loss. Keep in mind that dancing alone didn’t help Kirstie shed the pounds, she also changed her eating habits. Exercise with the right diet always leads to success.
