I am the author of this web page and I have been a personal trainer for over 13 years. I currently hold a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology (exercise science), as well as all of the certifications from National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also have a background in sports training as well as internships in physical therapy and Occupational Therapy.     Iv never had a body bar but iv been wanting to jump in to weight lifting so this would be an awesome addition to my routine :)

    I just signed up for the Fit Tip Daily email, so I'm excited to learn some new things and to try out this body bar. I'm not sure I've ever seen them before, although I do typically watch the Biggest Loser, but it looks like a great way to tone. I love the quality of products I see in the Fit Bit Store.

    I've never heard of the body bar before but now I really want one for home. I love the variety of strength training to yoga and everything in between. Definitely something that would be a fun and functional incentive to keep pushing myself.
