Apps are a dime a dozen but good apps are hard to find!  A lot of fitness apps are missing images, science, video, and research.  When I found iMuscle I was surprisingly shocked to see such great scientific illustrations along with exercises.  The images breakdown the muscles while letting you make your own routines specific to your needs.   The creators of iMuscle also developed iDance (for iPad) and iYoga. A huge thanks to iMuscle for giving us 30 apps for our fitness giveaway.

*For this giveaway – all apps given away are only for apple products (they do have them available for android also just not in this giveaway).  iMuscle 2 and iYoga are for the iPhone and iDance is only for the iPad.  We will have 2 giveaways to tailor one to the iPhone apps and one for the iPad app.

    I'm so excited about these giveaways! I am definitely over my healthy weight. With allot of back and neck problems, i find myself in pain way to fast while working out. I need to find a way to get healthier again, so bad. I'm very interested in your plan. <3
