Apps are a dime a dozen but good apps are hard to find! A lot of fitness apps are missing images, science, video, and research. When I found iMuscle I was surprisingly shocked to see such great scientific illustrations along with exercises. The images breakdown the muscles while letting you make your own routines specific to your needs. The creators of iMuscle also developed iDance (for iPad) and iYoga. A huge thanks to iMuscle for giving us 30 apps for our fitness giveaway.
*For this giveaway – all apps given away are only for apple products (they do have them available for android also just not in this giveaway). iMuscle 2 and iYoga are for the iPhone and iDance is only for the iPad. We will have 2 giveaways to tailor one to the iPhone apps and one for the iPad app.

iMuscle 2 was designed with multiple users in mind, making it ideal for fitness instructors and physiotherapists.”
Create and Play Workouts
Our interface makes it simple to create, play, organize and edit workouts. Drag & drop exercises into a workout panel and you’re prompted to enter set, rep and weight details. 50 Preset Workouts allow you to get started right away.
iDance App (iPad only)
An energetic and fun way to keep fit. iDance! will help you learn popular dance steps while working and toning your body. With a wide variety of dance styles, our instructor will guide you through steps and moves for Club Freestyle, Disco, Bachata, Salsa, Samba, Burlesque, Bollywood, Hip Hop, Merengue and Swing.
iDance comes with 225 individual dance animations with detailed descriptions on footwork, movement/direction, timing/rhythm, torso/hip action and arm movements. The user can easily switch between front and side views. Practice each pattern individually until mastered or easily add patterns to a customized dance routine.
Yoga’s amazing motion capture technology captures the delicate movements, correct posture and positioning for over 190 different poses (over 80 poses included within this app and a further 110 advanced poses available as an in-app purchase). Our unique female model allows you to see muscles in action as each pose is demonstrated. The app also features a distinctive viewing option which highlights muscles relevant to each pose as they contract and expand.
Practice each pose on its own, choose a preset program or personalize your own, all with seamless transitions between each pose. Developed with all levels of users in mind, this app will empower you to attain the best results from every practice session and improve your confidence and technique.
Create Seamless Routines
iYoga Premium allows you to choose from over 190 different poses, select 16 different preset programs or create your own customized program. It easily adjust hold times for each pose according to your level and creates seamless transitions between poses for uninterrupted, flowing sessions.
