If you are a visual person who learns best from watching an exercise being performed, rather then reading instructions on how to do it; then here is a clip for you! This 2 minute ab routine may seem simple, however, the real challenge is that the instructor never takes a rest period!
If you are advanced, try doing this routine more then once. Someone who does abs on a normal basis might need to perform this 2 minute routine 3 to 4 times to get a really challenging workout! If you tend to skip your abs then DON’T! The core (abs) are the most important part of your body. Without them, you have nothing!
