As the cold weather sets in, most people hibernate. Leaving the warm, cozy house becomes an insurmountable task, mostly done out of social obligations. One thing that tends to fall victim to the cold season is your gym routine. If you can get it out of the wy early, more power to you, but the further back you push it, the less likely it is to happen. I know this for myself. It gets dark and cold and the last thing I want to do is to be out in the cold so I can sweat. Lucky for you I bring you the solution. Here’s a quick 30-minute fat blasting circuit that can be done at the comfort of your own home. No equipment necessary. You can always add handweights to make it a bit more challenging, but don’t go past 8lbs. Here we go!
Warmup
30 seconds light jog in place
30 seconds of windmill forward
30 seconds of windmill backwards
30 seconds running man
30 seconds jumprope
30 seconds standing toe touches
Circuit 1, repeat 3 times
30 seconds of high knees
30 seconds of butt kicks
30 seconds of jump squats
Circuit 2, repeat 3 times
30 seconds of mountain climbers
30 seconds jumping jacks
(with or without weight)
30 seconds burpees

(Add a hop at the top of this exercise)
30 seconds plie hops
(stand in a wide squat, feet turned to the side, toes facing the side walls, jump up as if you were doing a jump squat, point your toe to the floor. You don’t have to jump too high, you can also just do little pulses. Land soft)
30 seconds of plank moguls
( come down in a plank, jump to the side, middle, other side, repeat)
30 seconds of squat thrusts.
( start in a plank, deep breath in, jump in a little ball, exhale, shoot your legs back out. Repeat.)
