Makes 2 Servings
Ingredients for Almond Chicken
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
*feel free to add any additional spices. If you like things spicy, you may want to add in chili to your recipe as well.
Directions
- To get started, turn your oven on to 375 degrees.
- Next, mix all of your spices with your almond meal in a ziplock bag. Place each chicken breast in the bag, one at a time. Seal the bag, shake, and remove. Place chicken breast in a pyrex dish, then place in the oven.
- Allow chicken to bake for 25 – 30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165 degrees.
