An Interactive Way To Keep Your Kids Fit

     Chances are, if you are overweight then your children might be affected!  Childhood obesity is rising at an alarming rate.  With American moms working hard at work, it’s hard for them to come home and tend to all of their children’s health needs.  Moms of the 60’s are no longer.  You rarely see all the kids at the dinner table awaiting a well balanced warm meal that mom slaved over for 3 hours.  Now they watch tv as they eat their microwavable meals that they prepared themselves.  Now there’s an answer and it’s brought to you through the Internet in an interactive way! 

     This new website is kid friendly and mom approved!  The kids (or mom) just log onto the site and click on the fun links for new “kid friendly” recipes that will make mom (and even grandma) smile!

  This website not only offers recipes, it offers games too.  These fun little games encourage kids to get up and moving.  They also have fun anatomy games for kids to learn about the human body!

I am the author of this web page and I have been a personal trainer for over 13 years. I currently hold a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology (exercise science), as well as all of the certifications from National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also have a background in sports training as well as internships in physical therapy and Occupational Therapy. I got into personal training to help people like my mom who struggled with her weight her whole life.
