Summer is officially here but it’s not too late to get in the best shape of your life!! We all know having fitness goals are vital but are your goals SMART? If you set a poor goal, you are destined for failure. Every goal you create for yourself should follow this simple acronym SMART.
S- Simple
M- Measurable
A- Achievable
R- Realistic
T- Time Bound

3. Look good in a bikini
Here are some SMART goals examples:
1. Lose 10lbs by 4th of July
2. Run 3 miles 4x a week for one month
3. Perform 40 pushups in row by the August 1
