Fitness can get pretty boring if you aren’t challenging your clients or yourself. At the gym we use every trick in the book to get people to burn up calories as fast as possible. Nothing is forbidden and there isn’t such as thing as “I can’t do it.” As trainers, we push our clients to their limits (without pushing them over the edge). New inventions keep clients changing. These air filled pads can be used for everything from squats, to bicep curls, to shoulder exercises. Merely standing on them is a challenge. Balance is something we take for granted as kids and wish we had as adults. The only way to keep your balance is to train it. Balancing also forces your body to burn more calories by using stabilizing muscles. These muscles support each of your joints, keeping your body solid and stable as you move through your everyday life. Now, who doesn’t need that?!!
