This simple ab routine packs a big punch. Forget doing 3 sets of one exercise, then moving on to the next. Do your ab routine in a circuit fashion like we do at Body Burn Bootcamp! Do one exercise then move to the next until you have finished the whole round. Do this circuit 2 – 3 times.
