Bergamonte – This Could Be Italy’s Secret to Weight Control and Cholesterol

The supplement market is ever changing.  It brings in billions of dollars per year and it’s become fast-paced and competitive.  While some companies reach for chemistry to define their product, others go the natural route.  It’s no secret that I have suffered from endocrine issues.  Thyroid issues have been a constant issue since I was a teen.  However, I didn’t figure this out until my 20’s.   Western medicine didn’t provide my solution, naturopaths did.  That changed my perspective and my future.  I now look to natural products to heal my body in combination with very low doses western medicine. Recently I decided to try Nutri Lifescience’s Bergamonte as a way to further heal my endocrine system.  It’s also important for cardiovascular health.

   While this product is well known for its ability to lower cholesterol and improve heart function.  The biggest changes I saw in myself were actually my energy level.  This was at a time when I was waking up at 4 am and driving 3-4 hours a day in horrible LA traffic.  I needed every ounce of energy I could get! After several days with more energy, I started to realize that this product was doing something!   Upon closer examination, I realized that I was eating less. So this product was helping me control my hunger AND gain energy.

What is Bergamonte?

Bergamot (Citrus Bergamia Risso) is a citrus plant that grows almost exclusively in the narrow coastal Calabria region in Southern Italy, due to sensitivity to the weather and soil conditions. Bergamot juice was traditionally recognized by the local population as a remedy for supporting healthy cholesterol level and cardiovascular health. As a trainer I look at this supplement from various perspectives.

1.) Balancing blood sugar could be a great supplement for people suffering from diabetes or blood sugar problems that create food cravings.

2.) Non-stimulant way to control hunger.
