Biggest Loser – Deck Of Cards Workout

     If you saw the “Biggest Loser” last night you might have seen the “trainer tip” explained by Jillian.  In that very short clip; she describes how to use a deck of cards to give yourself a difficult workout in a short amount of time.  Here are the guidelines to use jacks, kings and queens to get lean. 

 Take a deck of cards and do the number of repetitions that appear on that card:

  • 2 through 10 – Do that many repetitions
  • Face cards – Do 10 repetitions
  • Ace – One minute break

With each card you’ll also alternate your movements:

  • Diamonds – Push-ups
  • Hearts – Lunges
  • Spades – Crunches
  • Clubs – Reverse Crunch (source)

Don’t stop until you’ve finished all 52 cards!

    Go Head Dria with yo bad self...I remember Jillian talking about the deck of cards...now let me go get me a new deck and start using them, and hip my friends to them too..
