      This is a great exercise to do at the gym or in your home.  This 1 leg ball squat targets your inner thighs, butt, and stomach.  Since this is a compound exercise, it helps you to burn a huge amount of calories FAST!  Add this exercise to your workout routine to see results in an instant!
