People magazine recently wrote an article about Britney’s new body. Here’s what she has been doing to get her body back in 3 months time.
The write-up details Britney’s weight-loss methods: returning to her gym-rat ways, giving up fast food, and healthy meals delivered to her door. For the past three months, she has been working with a trainer, doing a lot of cardio as well as lots of dancing. People declares that Brit is “back in the zone (source).”
While it’s motivating to see Britney pull herself back together; it can also be viewed as a “slap in the face.” Yes, she had 2 kids and gained a little bit of weight. However, adding a checklist next to her picture in a huge magazine could be taking it a bit too far. Society is very hard on our celebrities and females in general. It’s not very often that we see male celebrities with check lists next to their picture in huge magazines.
If anything, draw your own conclusions from this article. Cut out the fast food, exercise and weight train on a regular basis to firm up your body and see better results.
