     Here’s what some of America’s favorite celebrities have to say about their fitness routines. 

 

 Kristen Bell

“Most days, I can’t even find 30 minutes for the gym. So, when I’m on the set, I’ll run up and down the stairs in between takes or pick up whatever object is around and do arm-presses.”

  

Ashley Tisdale

“I like to work out two times a week. I do cardio for 30 minutes then I do weights. I used to have a trainer but I just moved gyms. I’m really into eating healthy and working out.”

 

Hilary Duff

“You’ll never hear me say, ‘Ugh, I have to go to Pilates,’ I love what it does for my body. It keeps me toned and feeling strong. That’s all the motivation I need.”

 

Jessica Alba

“I have to look good but I hate to exercise. I get so bored so I just do anything that keeps me from wanting to kill myself when I am in the gym, like listening to my music on level 100.”

Cameron Diaz

“I hike, snowboard and go surfing a lot. Those things are a major part of keeping my sanity.”

 

Jessica Biel

“I’m comfortable with my body and who I am because I work out a lot. I walk my dogs for 30 to 45 minutes each day. I do yoga and I like to play soccer. A great exercise is one-legged squats with an exercise ball at your tail bone up against a wall. You should do at least 12 of those and three sets.”

Kate Hudson

“My biggest challenge was losing the 60 pounds I’d packed on when I was pregnant. I was a big, jolly pregnant lady, but then I devoted six hours a day to a rigorous workout regime. I would do 45 or 55 minutes of cardio and then an hour of Pilates or yoga three times a day.”

Fergie

“I get on for an hour at a time and pump my arms up and down. I vary the incline, which is great for toning the legs and butt! I’m proud of myself when I exercise because I’m doing everything in my power to be healthy (source).”
