   If you can’t decide which diet is going to motivate you the most, then maybe it’s time you  followed in your favorite celebrities foot steps….. Here Are 10 of your faves.

1.) Kirstie  Alley–  She used to be all over tv promoting her favorite diet (not to mention she got paid millions to do it!), Jenny Craig.  She was a loyal follower from 2004 – 2008.  Kirstie lost 75 pounds before stepping down as the spokesperson.

2.) Jessica Simpson– Jessica is never out of shape and she owes it to her celebrity trainer and the Factor Five Diet.  The factor five calls for 5 meals per day.  Each meal contains good carbs, good fat, protein, fiber, and sugar free drinks.

3.) Robbin Quivers – This radio voice, best known for being on Howard Stern’s show… lost her excess weight using Martha’s Vinyard Diet.  This particular diet involves consuming teas, soups, juices and having regular colonic and spa treatments.  I can’t say this one is the best for you … but I’m sure you’ll feel rested after all those spa treatments!

4.)  Oprah– Although she has been on many diets… the one that worked for her was common sense.  She eats a diet rich in lean proteins, fruits, veggies.  She stays away from alcohol, and refined sugars.  She also doesn’t eat close to bed time.

5.) Beyonce –  She lost 20 pounds fast for the movie “Dream Girls.”  She used the juice fast.  This ever popular fast requires you to drink maple syrup, lemon juice, water and Cayenne pepper.  YUCK!   I won’t be doing this fast anytime soon.

6.) Jennifer Aniston – She loves to do the zone.  “The Zone”diet is 30% protein, 30% fat, and 40% carbs.  The diet claims to rev up your metabolism.  This is one of MY personal favorites!!!

7.)  Bill Clinton – He may not be a “celebrity” but he is ALWAYS in the public eye.  Both him and Hillary are avid “South Beach Diet” followers.  Although Clinton loves fast food… he cut back, followed the diet, and lost 35 pounds!  The “South Beach Diet” discourages bad foods, while encouraging you to eat whole grains and lean meats.

8.)  JLo–  In an effort to cut down her weight FAST, Jennifer loves to cut carbs.  She does it in a similar fashion as Atkins.  I personally hate this diet.

9.) Madonna– Everyone knows that Madonna LOVES to work out hard.  When it comes to her eating she uses the “microbiotic diet.”  This diet focuses on whole, non refined, non-processed foods.   This diet is low in fat, high in fiber, and rich in vegetables.  She must be doing something right…. she’s 50 … no one i know that is 50 EVER looked as good.

10.)  Jessica Beil –   She has one of the best bodies in Hollywood.  Everyone wants to know what she is doing!  She does the “3 Hour Diet.”  This means you eat every 3 hours.  She has banned sugar, dairy, all flours.  I LOVE THIS DIET!!!  I think everyone should do this diet! 

    Get on track, get healthy, and get gorgeous… just like your favorite celebrity!
