Okay, you’re probably thinking, “DUH!”
But I just want you guys to realize that Water is the fountain of youth!
Remember last week how I told you all that I met with a doctor and she looked at my blood, and basically she’s God in my eyes now. Well, she also has me on a serious water regiment and I want to report that I am looking AND feeling svelte and I believe that the 16 ounces of water I drink upon waking is a big factor!
Yes, I drink 16 ounces of water before I consume anything in the AM!
Let me break that down:
16 ounces of water are 2 of the small Trader Joes water bottles.
You can gulp those!

Now, I want to say don’t over do it on the water. If you’re going pee a lot during the day, more than 5, then you’re flushing out vital nutrients and we don’t want that.
I know you’re all out on the road, working, picking up your kids, working out, etc. It’s hard to stay hydrated when doing so, but do it!
Last, but definitely not least FitTip Fact#3: Muscle cells grow faster when they’re hydrtaed!
